I’m Aliki Hoidas, and my work is rooted in a lifelong connection to energy and the deeper wisdom that moves through all of us.
Although I trained as a Reiki Master and underwent multiple spiritual initiations, my path has always unfolded through presence rather than structure. My approach doesn’t follow rigid techniques. It follows the unique flow of your energy and reveals exactly what needs to shift for you to move forward.
My mission is simple:

Most people move through life with a level of inner noise that pulls them away from themselves. The thoughts, stories, pressure, expectations and emotional weight make everything feel heavier and less clear than it truly is.
TruthFlow emerged when I began teaching from presence, truth and inner stillness.
It’s a field that lets you experience what is real beneath the noise and helps you not only recognize your true self but live from it.
