  • Digital Products: Any digital content (e.g., eBooks, webinars, downloadable materials) is non-refundable after purchase. Digital access is considered delivered when the product link is sent to the provided email address.
  • Physical Products: We do not accept returns for physical products unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please inspect the product upon delivery and contact us within 14 days if there is an issue. For physical products fulfilled by third-party suppliers, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes, unclaimed shipments, or buyer’s remorse.
  • Live Events: Tickets or access to live events, whether in-person or virtual, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. In some cases, tickets may be transferable or eligible for store credit, subject to the event’s specific terms and conditions.

Live Event Terms and Conditions

If an event is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we may offer credit for future services or reschedule the event. Refunds will not be issued unless explicitly stated. Attendance at live events requires a valid ticket for each attendee, and entry is not allowed without one.

Defective or Inaccessible Products

If you experience technical issues or defective delivery of a digital product (such as a program or course), we are happy to assist you in resolving the issue. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will work with you to ensure access to the purchased content.

Our meditations, coaching services, and related content are provided for general well-being, relaxation, and mindfulness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or mental health issue. Meditations and coaching are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns regarding your physical or mental health, you should always consult with a qualified healthcare provider. Participation in our meditations and other services is voluntary, and any reliance on the techniques or information provided is done at your own risk.

Non-Solicitation Policy

To maintain a focused and professional environment, solicitation at any of our virtual or live events is strictly prohibited. This includes unauthorized sale of products, services, or distribution of promotional materials without prior approval. Any individual found violating this policy will be removed from the event without a refund and may be disqualified from future events.

Payment Plans

Customers opting for payment plans are responsible for fulfilling all payments as agreed. If any payments are missed, access to the service or product will be suspended, and payments made up to that point are non-refundable. Payment plans that include live events must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the event date, or the ticket will be forfeited.

How to Request a Refund or Rescheduling

We review all requests within 7 business days and will respond with the next steps. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
